I was in Croatia on vacation and playing with Hotbird. There is a really cool music channel called balkanmedia.tv that plays a great mix of all kinds of ex-yu music.
On their website
http://www.balkanmedia.tv/ there is no mention of broadcasting in US, but on their parent site there is a add saying they will be in US starting July. I'd love to see this channel popup somewhere. You can see on the website a list of bands/videos they play.
