- call the place you bought the receiver & dish from? do they offer any
technical support?
- look in phone book/yellow pages under dish
installers. You have to be careful on this one, it's possible to get a guy out that only knows Dish and Directv, and nothing about FTA. He'll get the dish lined up with service tools, but if your receiver is not configured correctly with it's settings, the installer might throw his hands up in the air - AFTER he gives you the bill, of course - and leave you in a similar postion to where you are now.
