SG-2100 Got It Installed - Kind of Sort of

I am definately impressed with this rotor, for the amount of money that it cost and also read a review which shows the 2100 to be not only cheaper but more robust than the stab mounts. I'm at 87 deg latitude so I choose to set up on AMC-3 which lies due south from me. Boy that is a very weak bird up here on my set up. It's even weaker than t-5. I was surprised using the meter how strong the DSS birds are compared with the "regular tv/data" birds. My quality is barely 40 % and I only am able to pick up the montana PBS feed and can't get a hit on any other transponders. I've programed T6 which is intersting. I'm glad to have fox fta network feed. I've got G3 and T5 in there as well. I'm trying to get Gxy 10R at 123 west but not having any luck yet. Anyone know how weak that one is?? I got a hit on DTV5 on a transponder and have been aiming west of that. I turn up the gain on the meter to get the weak signal. I have found a weaker signal to the west of DTV-5 but can't get a hit on 10R. I was thinking it may be Tel 13 but can't get a hit on that either. It seems to work best for me to tune a bird on the roof with the directional buttons and meters and then go in to the receiver and input transponders for various satellites in the neighborhood until I light one up in order to find out what Sat I am painting. The USLS recivers are looking good right about now but I am making progress. Unfortunately due to trees I am crossing my fingers that I can get 10R but don't think I can go any further. Beats the heck out of being stuck on T-5.
