The
PBS channels (both DVB and DCII) are on the weak side, and harder to lock on than the other signals on that sat. I don't think that what you describe is unusual, I've had problems with this myself. I finally got them to lock, but because the DVB signals are
AC3, I don't get audio with them anyway, so I don't watch them.
