How far can I run audio/video signals?

My dish network receiver is in one room and I wish to connect a remote tv to it in another. Because of the way I have to route the wiring, it looks like I'll have about 75' of wire.

Can I go that far with the video signal? (RCA jacks, not coax) I'm not expecting any problem with the audio.

Or should I try to make up an S video cable that's that long. Is it just a 5 conductor shielded cable that I could splice into the middle of a patch cord?
