Go back and follow what I originally posted to you on this subject. Continueing to play with 110 will gain you nothing except a sat you can not see anything on. It is easiest to start with peaking the center or near center of your arc. You are almost at the end of your west travel out there at 110. If you do not have an entry for Amazonas line up on Echo3 and set an Amazonas tp that is live. Now find signal. If you can not find signal keep trying until you do.

Once you have this you can start to work with your arc and get it all dialed in. Get your arc setup and tracking properly utilizing linear sats. Once you have this all of your circular sats will be there.
