OK.. lyngsat is up.. again .. and he lists there Oman TV at following satellites (IA5 is NOT one of them any longer, understandably so) :
Optus B3
AsiaSat 3S
Arabsat 2B
Badr C
Badr 3
Hot Bird 7A
Nilesat 101

and i checked all of them there ..and ONLY "Nilesat 101" is at 7.0°W .. the rest are "East" (E)

The channel being "mislabel" (aka. Wrong EPG name) as well.. - makes sense of course
But unless It's somewhere that is NOT listed at Lyngsat and other places.. then more likely It's NOT there phisically
