Dish elevation is to be set to whatever it calculates to for your specific setup. Big dish mentallity is declination (dish elevation) sets the shape of the arc and elevation (motor elevation) sets the location (higher or lower in the sky) of the arc. East / West location on the mast must be true and the mast must be plumb.
