My hardware: Quantity 2 Birddog meter with their data cable, quantity 2 USB 2.0 DB9 to RS232 interface cables, 1 Toshiba notebook centrino, one HP desktop pentium four. Went to
www.birddog.tv to download software for KV, KH Intel Sat America 5 and other KU band satellites, and all I get is an error
Ack not received.
I don't believe both meters are bad, I just bought everything last Monday, is all brand new.
Perfect 10 don't know what is wrong.
Can you help me please, before I decide to send them both meters back?
