For some reason my response did not get posted. What are your switch settings? Something you might try is just backing out a bit and only working with one side of the LNBF. Linear. USALS is your friend. If there is a problem with your USALS it is either your input of your location or your dish alignment. If you are attempting to use 1.2 without first having your dish properly aligned to true south and your elevation and declination set properly.

If these 3 items are not 100% correct you are fishing for a needle in a haystack in the dark. Without a metal detector. USALS will help guide you in on alignment of the arc. If you think you are correct for true south and tell USALS to go to 97 degrees you know you are at the correct location from the starting point. If the sat is not there and your lnb settings are correct you are off on your dish alignment.

This thing is very sensitive. 1/8" can make or break signal. Everything I read says declination is sensitive to .06 degrees. In any case either try with just one side of the lnbf first or post your switch settings.
