Please take a picture of your setup, both of the dish, and what the dish is "seeing".
Then maybe we can visually see a problem.
Other than that, it seems like you are on the right track.
Did you:
Put in your LONG and LAT into the Ultra for location settings?
Use USALS as the positioning selection in settings?
When you are pointed at 192 (0 reference, adjusted south) and you drive the motor to AMC5, does the dish move?
How much did it move?
