Ok first off if you are still pointed at the same sat as before you are pointed at Amazonas which is at 61 degrees. Thus making you off target by 18 degrees. Almost 1/8 of the distance around your mast. Rotate your dish on the mast to the west 18 degrees.

Now start hunting in a SLOW methodic system to find signal. Moving east to west if nothing try raising the declination a degree and move east to west again. And so on and so on and so on. You will find it. Just takes patience and a very slow hand. If you do not have a small tv close to the dish this task becomes really difficult. I gave up and went to Wally World for $63.00 and bought a 13" color just for tuning a dish.
