I have a question my network provider is dish network. I want to use my dish network smart card with my fortec star fsir 5400 na. Anyone know how it doesn't recognize it. Because i only have free to air stuff i throw my dish network stuff out since fsir 5400 na can recognise provider. And i can't put up my dish network back since i paid to much money with fta equipment. Don't worry i am paying for dish network. Anyone know how to make fsir 5400 na recognise my dish network smart card thank you.
