I had a friend install my dish (dishnetwork) on my current place its on 2 floor apartment and everything is working perfectly, but now Im moving to a 7th floor apartment wich is facing south with no obstructions so my dish should work ?

also would I get a signal right away since it was already "set up" before ?
or do i need to adjust the position,, if so how dificult is it
