Hi Steve,
I followed your advice, but unfortunately I did nothing.
Meanwhile I was contacted by slovenian technical assistance, and they said to me that it seems an hardware problem. It was out guarantee, so I substitued the motor with a new one (a
Stab HH90) and it works fine.
I'd prefer the SM2D12 because it is a bit more silent, but....
