I've never had DirectTV or Dish Network, but I do know that "Nagavision" is something to do with one of them.
So I think you are pointing to the wrong satellite with your dish.

Some clarification points - your receiver is "stupid" - it does not recognize what Sat you are pointed at. Thus the weird channels while (what you think might be) AMC5.

SFreq is the Transponder Frequency (think of it as a "channel number).
THe SR is Symbol Rate, a kind of modulation type (think of FM as to AM radio).

So, what you need to do, is not use the blind scan, but put your settings back on AMC5, cycle thru your Transponder selections till you get to 11742V (the transponder freq for the Utah Eductation channels). This one is popular and should already be prefilled in your receiver setup.

For more lists of what Transponder freqs, channels, and symbol rate, take a look here:
http://www.lyngsat.com/amc5.html
and you will see the left column of Transponder frequencies, and over to the center is the Symbol Rate column.

I think you ended up pointing to an Express View (Canada) satellite destined with encrypted stuff for their market (thus the nagavision).

YOu need to hunt some more for AMC5. You MUST be on the active trasnponder 11742V for it to blip up the "quality" level indicator on your display.
