Hi bahjaa, I live in the same region as you and can offer some advice.
Start with these settings:
Put your motor's elevation on 38.
Put your dish's elevation on 32.
Command your motor to reset to "reference position" and disconnect it.
Connect the coax directly to the LNBF.
Swing the whole assembly around the mounting pole to due south and tighten it.
Make sure the mounting pole is absolutely plumb in all directions (don't use the top of the pipe, it's uneven, instead measure across the U-bolts and along the pipe's vertical).

For us we are going to tune in the satellite at 79 W.L. which is going to be good enough for what we're doing. Tune the receiver AMC5 at 79.0 W.L. at 11742 Vertical.
Peak your dish by adjusting azimuth (direction) and elevation on the DISH elevation gauge (NOT the MOTOR).

Re-connect the motor between your receiver and LNBF.
Now command the motor to point to 79 W.L. and re-peak it again--it will probably be a minor azimuth (not elevation) adjustment at this point.
Command the motor to point to 121 W.L. and re-peak. Push the feed-arm up and down to see if you need to adjust elevation.
Command the motor to point to 97 W.L. and re-peak, also nudge the feed-arm to see if you need to adjust elevation.
Command the motor to point to 79 W.L. and re-peak, also nudging the feed arm.

You will need to repeat the last three steps a couple of times before you'll be satisfied.
If you're still having a hard time then you'll have to adjust the MOTOR's elevation and repeat everything above again.

Good luck!
