Plug in "how to use a compass" in Google, there are plenty of tutorials to get you going with your compass. Generally for IA5 at 97 you will be looking at the south west from your location. Lay your compass on a flat surface and let the needle settle. The arrow will be pointing to magnetic north. Now rotate the compass ring so N lines up with the arrow on the needle. There should be an adjustable arrow on the edge of the compass, slide it over to 221 degrees. That is where your dish should be pointing.
