hello every body

well i have bought a fortec star satellite receiver and dish and a lnb.
i want just to get the free channels in 97 W.

well the problem is that i don't know the direction.
is there an effective way to get that direction?

i used before my receiver to get these channels. but when i changed to another aprtment . i lost the direction.

i live in manassas virginia.
