The VTV4 channel is on Intelsat American 5 ( 97 W), not AMC 4. The only Vietnamese channel on AMC is VPTV ( http://www.radiohaingoai.com/).
You should consider about the LNBF Polarization Tilt degree too. I don't know how to set it up because i am using a motorized system. Many people in here can help you out. Good luck.  |
