once you get your basic settings you have to fine tune by moving east and west in small amounts like 1/16 th of inch at a time also up and down the key is to make small and slow movements. remember you are trying to hit a object 22000 miles away.  also check www.lyngsat.com to make sure you are on a actve transponder. and don't forget to add or subtract for magnetic variance on your azimuth.
