I have done multiple orders with
Sadoun along with 2 warranty claims. With the exception of one warranty claim (delivery time) the overall service and support has been excellent. The one time that lengthy delivery time was involved had nothing to do with Sadoun's. The mail lady left the package in the front seat of my truck and I never looked there for it

I won the
HD OTA receiver given away here at the site and even it arrived within days. Any questions are always answered quickly and for the most part accurately. The staff has been polite and respectful when I have phoned orders in or had a support issue.
