I don't think so.
Nor do I think your motor should be "sucking up the signal" either. You might check the f-connectors to make sure they're crimped on properly, etc.
The typical
installation is to run the coax from the receiver to the motor, then from the motor to the switch, then from the switch to the LNBFs.
