I tried loading the card into a different slot and it didn't give me any different results. On my device manager it is coming up under "other devices". When I tried to load the software it started to load and then it said that it could not recognize the hardware. When I tried to load drivers for the hardware it says the software cannot be found. Is the 1020A just a faulty card or am I just doing something wrong. I previously had a t.v. tuner card in the computer, but it has been removed. One of the steps said something about making sure any othe tuner card was removed "and drivers also". Is there a driver that I need to remove in order to get the
twinhan to work. I can fumble my way through some computer problems, but I'm not real knowledgable on the
technical support. Can anyone help me try and figure this out or do I need to see about a different card?
