I have a 33" fortec dish and an acutrac (sp?) meter. I aim it approx 18 degrees of my
Dish 500. I get a spike on the meter but no quality on my fortec reciever. I live in Rochester,NY can I please have some help on angles and some simple tips on how to acquire the satellite?
