My initial thinking was something that could be used and removed to be used on another install. A tool not a permanant addition to the dish. Would not neccessarily have to be from material all that great but I would go grade 8. Maybe a hook end that would slide between the dish and it's framework and then apply pressure to the motor shaft in order to alter adjustment. This distance is pretty wide thus allowing for a large area of thread to be used making it easy to use in many different applications.
