hehe, i see you took it too already, bobkat.. - some "Profile Picture" (in User CP there)
I just took one too.. if click on me - it's on the right side there of Public Profile (same as for you as well.. at the right side there)
Hmm.. Those Profile Pictures work as Choose custom Avatar i see.. same way.. (but one can't take Custom Avatar in any case, in Avatar options there) ...
I also noticed - can NOT have Animated Public Picture ( i tried
) .. and more likely animated avatar neither then... .. cuz even though 100 x 100, 64 K (whichever is smaller) .. my Picture was in those border lines.. but the Reply was - "No Animated ones"
