Your TH card with get FTA DishNet/Bev as well as others.
BUT setting up H-H mount with a PCI DVB card is a very difficult task.
If I were you, I would get a stand-alone receiver, use the receiver to set up the h-h mount. Once everything works properly, slave the your PCI DVB card to the stand-alone for watching stuff which the receiver can't handle such as
HDTV, 4:2:2 format.
Once your dish tracks the arc correctly, attach a DishNet/DSS lnbf next to the linear one. Check out the link below:
