I have a Fortec Star 90 cm dish. I installed it on a
Moteck SG-2100 HH motor. Are the elevation ticks accurate on this dish? I had the 80 cm dish up before this one and the elevation ticks were way off. By about 5 degrees.
Also, I want to verify that the angle of elevation for a Moteck motor is 30 degrees minus the declination angle. For my latitude it is 6.06. Which is for Toronto. Also, the motor elevation is set to 43. Same as my latitude.
My TRUE SOUTH satellite is AMC-5. I have been trying to pick up New York Network last night, but nothing. Is there anything I did wrong?
P.S. the mast is plumb because I measured it with a level.
