I'll give a qualified "maybe", but I doubt it will have any affect.

You can "fudge" a lot of the settings by adjusting the dish's elevation, the motor's postion on the pole, motor angle, etc to dial everything in.

But, I will finish with this - 1 degree at a few feet isn't much, but at 23,000 miles up where the sats are, can be significant.

The issue becomes would you be able to adjust out that little amount of error, and I'd say yes you can.
