I just use "Nimiq 91" position to locate both birds -- and since you know Nimiq 91 is further west than Nimiq 82 and since their elevations differ by only a degree or two, its a no-brainer when aligning the dish; I think you could do the same but use your
Birdog's "Nimiq 82" position to find both satellites.
I have never tried to contact tech support at Perfect 10 so I can't comment on their service. My unit works great now that I've sorted out the cause of the bizarre I2C error.
