I recently encountered a problem with my Fortec Ultra and I need some advice. I am having trouble getting the Ultra to switch from menu to the satellite channels. This is with a strong quality signal reading. I have tried to delete unwanted channels but some channels show up as on AMC 4 when they are on
Telstar 5. Any advice on how to clear this up? I have tried everything I can think of.
Second question. It has been a year since I bought the reciever what is the consensus on updating the satellite list. Should I send it to
Sadoun for a check? If so what are their rates and turnaround time? Thanks for the time and any help.
