hard to lock on to galaxy 10R

I live in Middletown Ohio. It's in between Dayton and Cincinnati.
I had my dish pointing to T5 and since Kisb is not free anymore, been trying to get signal to Galaxy10R. It seems to be hard to lock on to the satellite. Do I need bigger dish or something?
Since the elevation is set to 29 degrees or so, it seems to be pointing pretty much perpendicular to the horizon.
Anybody has any suggestion on how to lock on to it better?

Also, I had question about the angle of the LNB. Where does the angle start? Where's 0 degree starts from in respect to the cable input area.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
