I'd use AMC 5 at 79W.
USALS to AMC 5, peak the dish, enjoy the clarke belt :mozilla_cool: .
AMC 5 79.0W 176.8(true azmuth) 182.4(magnetic azmuth) 60.0°(elevation) -2.9° (skew)
The elevation + skew numbers come into play for a fixed dish. You can use the azmuth to get close.
