Your setup is simple and straight forward.
The
DISH 1000 twin LNBF has two outputs. Connect one output to your your 942 receiver using a DPP separator by the receiver side.
Use the 2nd output on the twin LNBF to connect the receiver in the LR. In the living room you can use a
DISH322 receiver with two tuners. If you do, you will need to use a DPP separator by the receiver side as well.
