I listen to the Canadian music from Bell Express. Yes, you can use your direct tv sat dish for Bell Exspress,with the circular lnb.Thats what I'm using(18" dish, and circular LNB).Try this. Select TP2, With freq-12238, SR-20000, and polarization (H).Aim your dish,according to your location, and see what that does.Hope this helps.
