Problem resolved...we think
After going through four LNB's, checking and rechecking cables, ensuring all components were Dish Network Compatible (I called the manufacturer on every device) we decided to re-call every manufacturer just to make sure. According to Blonder Tongue the Rack Mount Receiver CDSR-6198 is Dish Network Compatible. With this most recent call, we got lucky, the tech knew there are two versions of the CDSR 6198, one with the DishPro Logo and one without. We are ordering 14 more receivers with the DP logo.
