This Mark must be out of this world. :mozilla_laughing: But, again, I am not surprised. Many installers don't know anything about installing a motorized system. Most don't even know that there are other satellites than D* or E*. We get a lot of calls from customers asking about installers in their area because they couldn't find one that understands what they are talking about. Telstar what? IA what? USALS #-o HH Motor #-o

Some installers that even install FTA systems don't even know about UNIVERSAL lnbfs. So when they try to get a signal with their BIRDOG or Spectrum Analyzer, then don't see any signal (because they didn't use the proper settings for a UNIV lnbf). So they call us claiming the LNBF is defective. It takes us a couple of minutes to explain the LNBF difference, and then they realize their mistake or limited experiance. :mozilla_tongue:
