Update: SADOUN already sent me the tracking number
The last September 16th I made a payment and I have not received the product yet. Almost one month!!!

When I send e-mail's to Sales Department asking for the Shipment Tracking Number, I'm ignored. I don't want to think this is fraud, I trust them but, why don't send me the information I need to track the shipment? I only want to know if there is a problem with the shipment.

How can I handle this situation?
Admins, can you help me?

Any help will be appreciated.
