hi
please i have a prblem with my fortec ultra sat receiver.
i bought it some 3 months ago , i fixed it to receive T5. I did ; but i could not receive all the channels (free ones) especially 2M and Almaghribyia.
i wrote once to fortec
technical support an email but no answer . i called them 4days ago by phone , i told the operator about my problem , she told me that the technicians are now very busy and she will call me back once they are free . i gave my phone number but no one called me.
am really deceived . and don,t know wether to keep the fortec ultra or simply look for another receiver.
