Thank you for your message. We require signature because we had incedents when a customer was not available to receive package. Package was left outside at the front door and was stolen. So customer complained to us that he never received package. Thus we require signature to make sure that the customer receives the package. This is a common problem with apartment buildings.
If the customer write in the notes section of the shopping cart that "NO SIGNATURE REQUIREED" we will ship it to the customer at their own risk.
Notice that when the item ships, you will receive a notifiction from FEDEX about the estimated delivery time. Keep an eye on that tracking number and delivery time.
