I am on West Coast California so ...
Is 148 degree W ( EchoStar1 ; 2 ) is my Westernmost Satellite ?
Is 72 degree E ( Pas 4 ) is my Easternmost Satellite ?
and when talking motor elavation ... does it mean it talks about the skew of the rotor ?
