If you have a different shipping address than a billing address, then it may be on hold until you call your bank and add the shipping address on file. Then you will need to call/email
sales@sadoun.com and let them know that the alternate address has benn added to your CC account.
If you order shipped and lost in transit, then a claim will have to be filed with the shipping company.
