I think you are on the right bird,but if you are trying to receive rtpi change the sr. from 30000 to 3003 and try that.When you try that you may have to wait a few secs.[I do] for it to lock.You can also adjust the freq.or sr.+ or - a little and get better results.Hope this helps and maybe a little tweaking and you should be good to go.
