I got this answer from another forum:
This scan shows the spectrum from PAS1R in Maryland from a 3 metre dish. I also have a 4.5 metre dish that shows pretty much the same. Ignore the grey bars - they're not correct for this satellite, but...

The Puerto Rican mux goes from 4118 to 4134 and the Peruvian mux from 4093 to 4100. The M2 signal is supposed to be centered at 4102 which would put it in the Peruvian mux given that its roughly a 3MHz wide signal. There's a non-DVB carrier at 4102 to 4106 - actually this is probably a bunch of small carriers but my spectrum analyzer only has 300KHz spacing so it's hard to see the individual carriers.

Additionally, we have a website that lists all signals a lot more accurately than Lyngsat and no users on that site (well over 2000 people in North America) have found this signal.

Once again, I really doubt it's possible for you to receive this signal.
