I wouldn't call it junk. Obviously these people are working hard and spending a lot of money to put their station on the air. If they didn't have viewers they wouldn't continue. What maybe junk to me or you, could be valuable to others. I wouldn't put down any station.
In fact, I give them credit for their entrepreneurial spirit.
