cctv9,cctve&f all working fine, if no quality means u
aiming at wrong direction. aimming is T&E process. meeters azimuth,elevation etc are all approximate. meeter shows high signal doesn't mean u point at g3. there are 60+ birds all close to each other. be patient. with a portable small tv close to dish will help. since small angle off cause BIG difference at fat distance. good luck.
