I have never seen a Starband system so I really cannot help you much. The +40/-40 numbers in the receiver are likely for manual skew adjustment using a polarity motor (like on
C-band dishes). I would set the receiver to zero and adjust skew on the LNB itself. Is the Starband LNB universal? If so the
Birdog won't find 129 unless you download the universal files; they start with a "U". Perhaps some other members will read this thread and offer some advice.
