I would ground the antenna mast independently from the dish mast. Since the antenna is likely higher it would be more lightning prone than the
satellite dish and if it got hit by lightning the surge would travel along the ground wire from the antenna mast to the dish mast and possibly damage the LNB or worse, your receiver.
