These you should use to move the dish. Since you are at 80W, you can start by moving the motor about 1 degree to AMC 5 at 79W.
Once motor stops, select on of the live transponders on AMC 5 (see
http://www.lyngsat.com/amc5.html ) If you don't see the quality (or low quality), stand behind the motor and move it very slowly by hand to adjust for true south.
